By downloading or playing Jam Town: Traffic Jam 3D (“the game”), published by RiddleRise, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Use of the game
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game on your own devices for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, cheat, or use bots, exploits or modified versions of the game.
Accounts and the league
Signing in is optional. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Player names are visible to other players in the weekly league — do not use names that are offensive, impersonate others or contain personal information. We may rename, reset or suspend accounts that abuse the game, cheat in the league or break this agreement.
Virtual items
Coins, boosters and skins are virtual items with no real-world value. They can only be used in the game, cannot be exchanged for money and are non-transferable. Purchases are processed by Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy.
Optional ads
The game may offer optional rewarded videos (for example, an extra parking spot). Rewards are granted only after the full video is watched, and availability is not guaranteed.
Content and changes
All game content belongs to RiddleRise or its licensors. We may update, change or discontinue features, levels, rewards or the game at any time.
Disclaimer
The game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, RiddleRise is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the game.
