Delete in the game (fastest)
- Open Jam Town and tap Settings (gear icon).
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
- Tick “I understand this cannot be undone”, wait for the 10-second countdown and tap Continue.
Everything is erased straight away.
Request deletion by email
No longer have the game installed? Email us from the address linked to your account (or include your player name) with the subject “Delete my Jam Town account”. We delete accounts within 30 days.

Nothing is kept after deletion, except purchase records held by Google Play, which Google manages under its own policy.
